This is a delicious healthy yogurt mix that can easily be made at home. It only takes about 5 minutes to make. It’s perfect for breakfast or for a healthy snack. And the best part? It only contains 4 ingredients!
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
- Yogurt (amount desired)
- Cut strawberries
- Blueberries
- Flax seeds (About 1 normal-sized spoon to every bowl of yogurt)
- Put the amount of yogurt you want into a bowl (I used vanilla)

2. Rinse the strawberries, then cut them into thin slices (you get to choose how much you want)

3. Rinse the blueberries and set them aside (Again, you get to choose how much you want to add to your bowl of yogurt)

4. Either grind (with a grinder) or use the flax seed whole, whichever you prefer. I ground them.

5. Combine all of the ingredients, then enjoy!
